Created in early 2012, PAUZA is a project formed by Cuban DJs and producers Paula and Zahira—hence the name. Primarily focused on house music production, the duo began their career self-taught and quickly made their mark. They were part of the first-ever course for women DJs in Cuba, becoming pioneers of the female DJ movement on the island.
